Why did you choose Materials Science?
Materials is a branch of engineering that focuses on understanding why different materials have different properties based on their structures, and then how this knowledge can be used to develop new innovative materials
Why did you first try rowing?
I watched the 2012 olympics and thought it looked cool, and then a few weeks later saw that my local club was running beginner sessions so signed up for them
Who introduced you to the sport of rowing?
Graham Collier at Stratford upon Avon Boat Club
What are your proudest rowing achievements?
Racing in 3 Lightweight Boat Races for Oxford
What would winning The Boat Race mean to you?
To be completely honest, I don’t know, but it’s a feeling I’ve been chasing for the last 3 years
