About Harry:

Why did you choose Engineering PhD?

PhD in Mechanical Engineering specialising in driver modelling – predicting how human drivers behave under various circumstances, how drivers learn from experience and mistakes drivers make. Appeals due to my interest in vehicle design and also curiosity on elements of human learning.

Why did you first try rowing?

Broke my arm when trying rugby and had previously enjoyed competing in an indoor rowing machine competition with Hampton the year before.

Winning 2022 & 2023 Lightweight Boat Races
Winning 2023 ChLwt4- and Lwt2- at BUCS
