Why did you choose MSc Energy Systems?

This is a taught course with the Department of Engineering Science and it addresses systems issues associated with the renewable energy transition and our current energy system.

Why did you first try rowing?

Sport was compulsory at school, and I was encouraged to try rowing because I was a big boy (not in a good way).

Who introduced you to the sport of rowing?

Aroon Tremul at Geelong Grammar School

Where else have you rowed?

Melbourne University Boat Club, Cal Berkeley.

What are your proudest rowing achievements?

Winning the 2022 PAC 12 Championships
Winning the 2023 IRA championship (undefeated)
Winning the 2023 UW Dual at the Montlake Cut

Do you have a favourite Boat Race? Which one and why?

2005. Full of legends.

What would winning The Boat Race mean to you?

It would be a dream come true.
