Watching the Race

The 2014 Boat Race takes place at 5.55pm on Sunday 6th April, preceded by the reserve crew race between Isis and Goldie.

Events at the river bank kick off at 12pm at Bishop's Park and Furnivall Gardens, and the Race will be broadcast live on the BBC.

How to watch the race

The BNY Mellon Boat Race will be broadcast live on BBC1 and on a number of other channels around the world. Details will be available closer to the Race. There will also be big screens and entertainment in Bishops Park and Furnivall Gardens adjacent to the river.
